What we collect
Organizations provide a name, contact person, email, category, country, description and website. Donors with an account provide a name, email, country and optional display name. We also store public wallet addresses and donation records.
What we never collect
We never ask for or store private keys, seed phrases or signing credentials. Your wallet signs transactions; Donora never does.
Public blockchain data
Stellar transactions are public by nature. Wallet addresses, amounts and transaction hashes are visible on the network and on Donora’s transparency pages, and cannot be removed. Donors can choose a display name or give anonymously, but their wallet address stays on the public record.
How we use information
We use your information to run your account, verify and record donations, show campaign progress, send the notifications you choose, and respond to support requests.
Your choices
You can update your profile and notification preferences in Settings, or contact us about your account information.
